Our collision repair process- Step 01
File or update your Nationwide claim.
Nationwide’s published network steps begin with filing a claim, selecting a repair shop and scheduling an appointment. Tell your claim representative you selected Kulavic’s and ask how to confirm that the shop is attached to the claim.
- Step 02
Confirm the claim workfile and assignment.
Call Kulavic’s with the Nationwide claim number and ask whether the shop has the information needed to estimate the damage. The shop needs Nationwide’s correct workfile and assignment before preparing its estimate for that claim.
- Step 03
Book the estimate after the claim is ready.
The estimate is an in-person shop visit. Appointments are preferred, and the estimate may be several days out. Plan for 30–60 minutes. Bring Nationwide’s estimate and any claim or inspection instructions you received.
- Step 04
Plan repair drop-off separately.
An estimate visit does not reserve a repair completion date. Your signed authorization, insurer review, parts and the shop schedule must be addressed before repairs proceed. Additional damage can require an updated estimate and more review.
