Warranty Information

Kulavic's Auto Body agrees to perform repairs which serve to restore the damaged vehicle to its pre-loss condition in regard to safety, function and appearance. Agrees to warrant all workmanship, including refinishing, for the lifetime of your vehicle, as long as you own your vehicle.*

*Coverage exclusions includes stone chips, scratches, abrasions, whether caused intentionally or accidentally; system failure due to pre-existing body rust; deterioration of the finish caused by use of detergents or waxes not intended for automotive use; damages caused by another collision.

Kulavic's Auto Body: hereby provides a Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This limited warranty is valid for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the persons to whom this warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order. This is a labor only, fragmented four-part warranty, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:

1. METALWORK: Provides a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.

2. PAINTING: Kulavic's Auto Body provides a limited lifetime warranty to paint repairs. The paint warranty applies to areas finished at Kulavic's and covers the following defects, if they are prominent and extensive and were not apparent at the time the owner accepted the repairs: cracking or checking; hazing, chalking or fading leading to a severe loss of gloss; peeling of the top coat or any layers from the substrate. Exclusions: system failures due to pre-existing body rust; deteriorization of the finish caused by waxes and detergents, acid rain, industrial fallout or other environmental effects; scratches, abrasions or stone chips, whether intentional or accidental; damages caused by another collision.

3. STRIPES AND DECALS: Kulavic's Auto Body provides a one (1) year limited warranty on decorative stripes and decals against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigment excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed.

4. PARTS AND MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Parts warranted for Fit and Finish lifetime. Rust-through warranted as per the manufacturer. Parts warranted as per the part manufacturer's warranty. Kulavic's Auto Body mechanical work warranted. Mechanical work sublet to dealers warranted per dealer applied warranty. Sheet metal, body or mechanical parts as per manufacture's warranty. Sublet repairs as per their warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Kulavic's Auto Body. This warranty is not transferable.

SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED

are incidental costs such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this limited warranty, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair period.

THIS STATES ALL THE LIMITED WARRANTIES

MADE BY THE SHOP AND CONTAINS THE ONLY

PROMISE FOR WHICH IT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.
